As a premier platform for dialogue among corporate executives,
TCCS invites representatives and senior managers from member companies to serve on its board directors. The board meets quarterly to facilitate strategic decision-making and the exchange of experiences.

Each meeting is preceded by the CEO Forum and Keynote Sessions, featuring visionary business leaders and experts focused on economic development, corporate governance, social inclusion, and environmental issues. They share insights into sustainable transformation.

Leveraging board members’ foresight and industry experience, these events have promoted corporate peer learning and sustainable governance. Over 40 sessions have been held to date.

The Corporate Sustainability Officer (CSO) Salon serves as a professional and trusted network for sustainability executives from member companies. It fosters peer-to-peer exchange, ESG knowledge sharing, and cross-sector collaboration.

Each session is co-hosted by a rotating member company and the TCCS Secretariat, with topics spanning sustainability policy, climate governance, and supply chain management. Government agencies, think tanks, and consulting experts are regularly invited to contribute to the dialogue.

By combining corporate insights with professional expertise, the CSO Salon promotes inter-industry cooperation and strategic partnerships. Over 30 sessions have been held to date, deepening the culture of dialogue and driving collective action toward sustainability.

The CSR Café provides diagnostic and consulting services for member companies looking to enhance their sustainability management and ESG performance. It offers a platform for identifying key challenges, sharing experiences, and exchanging ideas.

A team of experts and consultants conducts on-site reviews to assess corporate sustainability strategies and implementation progress, delivering tailored recommendations for improvement.

Through facilitated discussions and collaborative learning, the CSR Café encourages practical problem-solving and peer engagement, helping companies enhance governance efficacy and drive continuous ESG improvement.

TCCS is an officially recognized training institution for directors and corporate governance officers by both the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and the Taipei Exchange (TPEx). The certification is granted under Article 6 of the Directions for the Implementation of Continuing Education for Directors and Supervisors of TWSE/TPEx-Listed Companies, validating TCCS’s professional qualification in advancing corporate governance education.

Since March 2022, TCCS has designed a diverse range of corporate governance and sustainability programs tailored to business needs and industry trends. Course topics include board competence, risk management, and ESG governance.
To date, over 2,000 training certificates have been issued, underscoring TCCS’s strong commitment and tangible achievements in sustainability education and corporate capacity building.
